1. How Long Do I Have to Return/Exchange?
International shoppers: You’ve got 45 days from delivery to send back unworn shoes—plenty of time to try them on and make sure they’re perfect.
2. What Are the Conditions?
We just ask for a few simple things to keep things smooth:
Shoes must be unworn, unmarked, and in their original condition (no scuffs on soles, tags still attached!).
Include the original shoe box and any free gifts that came with your order—we need those back too!
3. Is Return Shipping Free?
We partner with local return hubs in major regions to make drops-offs easy—some even let you skip the label! Just email our team at [email protected].
4. How Do I Start a Return/Exchange?
Shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for returning (e.g., “wrong size” or “changed my mind”).
Pack up your shoes, drop them off or mail them, and we’ll handle the rest!
5. What About Defective Shoes?
Oops—if your shoes have a quality issue (like a loose strap or broken sole) within 45 days, just let us know. We’ll send you a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked. Even after 45 days, reach out—we’ll do our best to help!
6. When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we get your shoes (and they check out), we’ll process your refund within 48–72 hours. It’ll go back to your original payment method—you’ll get an email when it’s on its way!
