Shipping & Delivery

Hey shoe lovers! We know waiting for new shoes feels like forever—so we’ve kept our shipping simple, transparent, and totally hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know to track your next favorite pair!

1. Where Do We Ship?

We ship to 100+ countries/regions worldwide—whether you’re in New York, London, or Sydney, your new flats are on their way! The only exceptions? PO boxes, military bases, and remote areas with limited courier access (we’ll let you know right away if your address falls here).

2. When Do We Ship Your Order?

Same-day dispatch: If you order before 2:00 PM (HKT, Monday–Friday), we’ll ship your shoes the same day.

After-hours/weekends: Orders placed after 2:00 PM HKT, on weekends, or Hong Kong public holidays will ship the next business day.

Peak seasons: During sales (like Black Friday!), shipping might take 1 extra day—but we’ll send you updates so you’re never in the dark.

3. Can I Track My Order?

Absolutely! Once your shoes leave our Hong Kong warehouse, we’ll send a tracking link to your email. Just click it to see where your package is—no more guessing “is it here yet?”

4. What If My Order Splits Into Multiple Packages?

Sometimes, shoes ship from different warehouses (we work with global partners to get you the best deals!). If this happens, you’ll get separate tracking links for each package—but don’t worry, all parts of your order will arrive within a few days of each other.

5. Holiday & Weather Delays

We hate delays too! National holidays (like Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Lunar New Year) and bad weather can slow things down—we’ll exclude these days from delivery estimates and email you if your order is affected.

6. Need Help?

If you have questions about shipping, tracking, or changing your address (hint: you have 3 hours after ordering to adjust!), shoot us an email at [email protected]. We’re based in Hong Kong (RM A22, 10/F, NO. 52, HUNG TO ROAD, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG) and reply to most messages within 24 hours.

Happy waiting—and even happier shoe-wearing!
