1. Who We Are & Who You Are

We’re VIBE FLOW LIMITED, a Hong Kong-based company (our official address: RM A22, 10/F, NO. 52, HUNG TO ROAD, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG). We run Crimsontrellis, your go-to for comfy, stylish women’s flats.

You’re a consumer: That means you’re buying shoes for personal use (not to resell or for business). You must be at least 16 years old, and if you’re under 18, make sure a parent/guardian knows about your purchase.

2. Ordering: How It Works

Your order = an offer: When you add shoes to your cart and hit “buy,” you’re asking to buy those items. We don’t have to accept every order—for example, if a shoe is out of stock, the price was wrong, or your info looks off.

We accept = contract time: We’ll send you an email/SMS (to the contact info you gave) once we accept your order and get your payment. That’s when our deal is official!

Oops, mistakes happen: If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, you have 3 hours after placing the order to email us at [email protected] and fix it. After that, you’ll need to use our Returns Policy to swap or return.

3. Prices & Payments

What you see (mostly) is what you pay: Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes, but not shipping—we’ll show you shipping costs before you check out.

Price errors: If a shoe’s price is wrong (oops, tech glitches happen!), we can cancel the order or ask if you want to buy it at the correct price. We won’t charge you extra without checking first.

4. Product Info: Be In the Know

Pics vs. real life: Our shoe photos are taken to show off details, but colors might look a little different on your screen (thanks, phone/laptop displays!). We’ll always list key details (like material or fit) in the product description—trust that more than the pic.

Stock updates: We try to keep stock info accurate, but sometimes shoes sell out fast. If your order has a sold-out item, we’ll email you to let you know and only charge you for the in-stock stuff.

5. Using Our Website

Play nice: Don’t use bots, spiders, or tricky tools to hog shoes or mess with our site—this ruins the fun for everyone else. We can cancel orders or block accounts if we see this happening.
